We recognize these dates won't work for everyone, and getting you access to the beach is a priority of the ALCC. If you are needing a key outside these windows of time we kindly ask you to submit your request via our website and we will do our best to accommodate. (Ideally, this would be one off exceptions only)

Annual Plant Exchange (Indoor and Outdoor!)

May 4 - 9-10:30 at the Community Beach

Doughnuts and coffee provided

Have a plant taking over? Lilies ,iris, astilbe, heucheras, bleeding hearts, ground covers, bulb plants, hostas, as well as a host of other plants do really well being split. Many woody plants and indoor plants can be snipped placed in water and will root again.

The Snoqualmie Valley Master gardener group will also host a plant clinic pop up so come armed with your plant questions you need answered.

Siobhan has a pile of soil and pots if you need them to split off and pot up outside plants. Or if you need assistance with splitting advice or digging, please email siohan.persson@gmail.com to arrange.

Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just starting your plant journey, this is the perfect opportunity to diversify your collection, share your gardening tips, and maybe even take home a new leafy friend. It's all about giving and receiving in the spirit of community growth!

To make the morning even more enjoyable, we'll be providing coffee and donuts for all attendees. So, bring your plants, grab a treat, and mingle with your neighbors in this unique, plant-centric community event. Let's make our homes and our community even greener together!
